The present privacy policy defines and informs you of the manner in which MOBIX uses and protects the information that you may transmit to us when you use the present site accessible from the following URL: www.mobix.fr (hereinafter the “Site”).

In general, you can visit the MOBIX Site without communicating any personal information about yourself. In any event, you are under no obligation to transmit this information to MOBIX.

MOBIX may process your Personal Information :

3. Recipients

Only MOBIX is the recipient of your Personal Information. This data, whether in individual or aggregated form, is never passed on to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors MOBIX uses (you will find further information about them in point 7 below). Neither MOBIX nor any of its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and Users of its Site.

4. Shelf life

Your Personal Information is kept by MOBIX only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in 2 above, which in any case may not exceed 24 months.

MOBIX informs you that it will have the right, if necessary, to oppose manifestly abusive requests (due to their number, repetitive or systematic nature).

o Right to rectify data

6. Response times

MOBIX undertakes to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

7. Appointment of a data protection officer

MOBIX has appointed a Data Protection Officer.

8. Complaint to the competent authority

If you consider that MOBIX is not complying with its obligations with regard to your Personal Information, you may lodge a complaint or a request with the competent authority.
